This is How to Address Your Electrical-related Work Processes

Hexagon is excited to announce the release of Intergraph Smart Electrical 10, the database-driven software solution that enables users to address electrical-related work processes throughout the plant life cycle – from initial load lists to one-lines to schematics, cable routing and construction, commissioning and operations.

As designs grow in complexity, project execution must change to meet the needs of joint ventures, cloud deployment and modular design. The flexible Smart Electrical solution is up to the task for these emerging trends and helps users design many projects of all sizes, from small to mega projects, successfully addressing the demands of design and operations.

With data sharing being the cornerstone of productivity and data quality drivers, the latest version of Smart Electrical further harmonizes the user experience across the different Smart Engineering & Schematics solutions, such as Smart P&ID and Smart Instrumentation.

Integration with Smart Completions
Allows the systemization of single line diagrams, by assigning items to their corresponding commissioning system/sub-system. The list of systems/sub-systems is provided by Smart Completions.

Support for Enterprise Platform 2020
Support for latest operating systems and database platforms: Windows Server 2019, Oracle 19c and Microsoft SQL Server 2019.

Display Sets
Ability to apply graphic filters to single line diagrams. This allows the user to graphically see, for example, all the items that belong to a commissioning system, highlighted in a particular color.

Discover how the purpose-built tools available in Smart Electrical accelerate the design, creation and management of electrical system deliverables, streamlining workflows that result in immediate gains in efficiency and accuracy, while working in a collaborative engineering environment.
