Efficient Piping Data Transfer Using the PCF Interface

CAESAR II External Interfaces allow data transfer between CAESAR II and other software applications.

The PCF Interface is used to import automatically input information into CAESAR II from 3D design software like CADWorx, Smart Plant and many others. The goal is to create a CAESAR II model that is complete, ready to run, and contains no errors and therefore provide stress engineers with an automatic and reliable process to collect data from existing 3D Models. To achieve this goal the PCF Mapping allows setting the proper match of PCF keywords to CAESAR II attributes. On this webinar, we will discuss CAESAR II Import PCF, Advanced PCF Import (APCF) and PCF Mapping. After watching this webinar, you should gain enough confidence to set on your own the best workflow to transfer piping data from designers to engineers.
