Asset Model Update - November 2025

The following Asset Models have been released. For a complete list of enhancement/fixes, please refer to the product Release Notes.

Asset Models Released and/or Updated:

Emerson DeltaV v6.3.0.8

Enhancements/Fixes Include:

  • Fixed several import errors.
  • Fixed an issue where Spare card naming was incorrect.
  • Fixed an issue where the IP address of EIOC was missing.
  • Fixed an issue where Function Block references were not showing complete references.
  • Fixed an issue where reference of Control Module to Live Graphics was incorrect.
  • Fixed an issue where expression lines are duplicated with the same expression in the same block.
  • Fixed an issue where Action Expressions were missing in SFC action blocks.
  • Fixed an issue where LDT was missing in some of the EIOC.
  • Modified reference definitions to improve import times.
  • Updated model so the import will create a copy of the original FHX file before modifying or changing the FHX file.
  • Changed viewer name from Modbus Mapping to Mapping.
  • New Data Collection is NOT REQUIRED when upgrading to this new version of the asset model from previous version.
  • PAS Inventory Items asset model WILL NOT BE UPDATED based on the changes in this model release

Honeywell EPKS v7.3.0.6

Enhancements/Fixes Include:

  • Created a new process and script for collecting EPKS Graphic images.
    o    Modified the EPKSDataCollection.vbs script to separate Graphic image data collection from other collections.
    o    Implemented replacement for JSDraw.dll and keystroke commands in EPKS data collection script.
    o    Added new EPKSIMAGESDC.exe script for collecting graphic images.
    o    Added an option to delete all before collection in the new EPKSIMAGESDC.exe graphic image script.
  • Added new validation for external asset names entered in EPKSDataOwners and TPSDataOwners asset properties.
  • Updated documentation to change the Connection Definition for EMDB or ERDB to use the Provider SQL Server Client 11.0.
  • Improved settings for EPKS Alarm Suppression Group items displayed on Control Maps.
  • Addressed defects listed below
    o    Fixed an OutOfMemoryException that occured during import.
    o    Fixed an issue with Honeywell EPKS not showing connection to Honeywell TPS. 
    o    Fixed an issue with the Honeywell EPKS import getting stuck after upgrading to version 7.2.0.
    o    Fixed an issue with tags used in Algo21 for a Scada point not generating references.
    o    Fixed an issue with tags entered as User Defined Parameters for Scada points no generating references.
    o    Fixed an import script error related to ERDB Object cleanup.
    o    Fixed import script errors. 
    o    Fixed an issue with tags defined in a custom display property not appearing in its references.
    o    Fixed an issue with FTP sending clear text password from EPKSDCC.INI across network.
    o    Fixed an issue with change tracking incorrectly displaying results for CM and SCM reference related properties.
    o    Fixed an issue with AUXCAL expressions not showing complete or correct referenced tag names.
    o    Fixed an issue with EPKS HMI Web Graphics not populating in Automation Integrity Asset Explorer.
  • New Data Collection is NOT REQUIRED when upgrading to this new version of the asset model from previous version.
  • PAS Inventory Items asset model WILL NOT BE UPDATED based on the changes in this model release.

Siemens TIA Portal v2.0.0.2

Enhancements/Fixes Include:

  • Added support to Siemens TIA Portal V19 functionality.
  • Added support for SCL programming language to parse logic developed in SCL language including its references and relationship.
  • Developed new data collection configurator.
  • Optimized the asset model import sequence for inventory only functionality and updated data collection script to optimize inventory only feature.
  • New Data Collection is NOT REQUIRED when upgrading to this new version of the asset model from previous version.
    o    If you are running Inventory Only data collection and required files are not available, then new collection is required.
  • PAS Inventory Items asset model WILL NOT BE UPDATED based on the changes in this model release.
